Subscription terms

1. Subscription Overview

Your Bronze Peach subscription includes three (3) mobile spray tan appointments per calendar month, delivered to your location within the Bronze Peach service area (metro Atlanta). This is a recurring monthly subscription that auto-renews unless canceled.

2. What's Included

  • Three (3) mobile spray tan appointments per month

  • Service delivered to your home or preferred location

  • Custom spray tan application

  • Convenient scheduling on your own timeline

3. What's Not Included

No Rollover: Unused tans do not roll over to the following month. If you schedule fewer than three tans in a billing month, unused appointments are forfeited. Plan your tans accordingly.

4. Billing & Charges

  • Monthly Cost: $99.00

  • Billing Date: Your subscription renews each month on the same date you originally subscribed. For example, if you sign up on the 7th, you will be charged on the 7th of every month.

  • Payment Method: You authorize Bronze Peach to charge your payment method on file on your renewal date each month.

  • Failed Payments: If your payment fails, we will attempt to charge again within 3 business days. If payment continues to fail, your subscription will be paused until payment is resolved.

5. Booking Your Appointments

You are responsible for scheduling your three monthly tans. Appointments are booked through Bronze Peach's online booking page. Availability is subject to Bronze Peach's schedule and service area. First-come, first-served basis applies. If you are unable to schedule all three tans due to limited availability, forfeited appointments cannot be carried over or refunded.

6. Pausing Your Subscription

You may pause your subscription up to two (2) times per calendar year for up to 30 days per pause. During a pause, you will not be charged and your tans will not be available. To pause, contact Bronze Peach at least 3 business days before your next scheduled renewal date.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty, no minimum commitment, and no cancellation fee. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month. After cancellation, you will not be charged going forward, but any remaining tans in your current month are forfeited.

To cancel, contact Bronze Peach at least 3 business days before your next scheduled renewal date.

8. Changes to Your Subscription

Bronze Peach reserves the right to modify pricing or terms with 30 days' written notice. If you do not agree to the changes, you may cancel before the new terms take effect.

9. Service Cancellations by Bronze Peach

Bronze Peach may cancel appointments due to:

  • Bad weather

  • Emergency circumstances

  • Illness or emergency on the part of the service provider

  • Rescheduling will be offered for the same month whenever possible

10. Refunds & Credits

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. Unused tans within a billing month cannot be refunded or credited.

11. Limitations

Bronze Peach does not guarantee specific tanning results or coverage. Results vary based on skin type, preparation, and aftercare. Bronze Peach is not responsible for allergic reactions, skin sensitivity, or product-related issues. By subscribing, you acknowledge that spray tanning involves product application to the skin and assume responsibility for any reactions.

12. Service Area & Availability

Bronze Peach services metro Atlanta. Service is available based on current scheduling and may be subject to change. Bronze Peach will notify subscribers of any changes to service area or availability.
